Anyone could have numbered it to match your gun with an electro pencil engraver (Ruger's number marking is not exactly professional looking). A former owner may have switched a new style LR cylinder with three chambers bored larger for the original Mag cylinder for your gun. I have seen other cylinders with three chambers purposedly reamed for Magnums and the other three left in 22 LR size.
